Ever tried to make a Mojito? How about a Gimlet with fresh lime juice? Maybe a Kamikaze?

Simple Syrup is easy to make, easy to store, and absolutely critical in the making of many cocktails.
Sure there are some shortcuts that can be taken, but if you have ever had a Mojito that that was made without simple syrup then you know how much of a difference it makes.
Simple syrup adds sweetness and body to cocktails.
Boil one part water
Slowly add two parts sugar
Stir until completely dissolved
Simple Syrup can be stored in a jar or bottle. If refrigerated and sealed it will keep nearly indefinitely.
